At Education Partnership North East we pride ourselves on how we support businesses. We play a vital role in helping businesses across the region strengthen and develop their workforce.

With a collaborative approach, we work directly with employers – from small businesses to large organisations – to understand their skills and training needs and then deliver tailored learning solutions that support workforce growth and business performance.

Peter Robertson, Head of Business Development at EPNE said: “Most employers recognise that they need to develop their workforce, but they don’t know what support is available and they don’t know where to start.

“We have a highly skilled Business Development Team dedicated purely to supporting businesses. Every employer we work with – large or small – is allocated their own account manager from our Business Development Team to support and work with them.

We are very much solutions based; our role is to support businesses to identify the training they need to make sure their workforce has the skills necessary to competitive in their respective markets.”

“From identifying staff development needs to the quality of programme delivery, the standard has been high. EPNE are playing a huge part in our vision for growth over the next two to three years.”
