This Skills Bootcamp is a hands-on programme designed for aspiring educators who are ready to take the first step into teaching and training. The Train to Teach Skills Bootcamp is ideal for anyone looking to change careers by entering the teaching profession, profressionals who wish to deliver training in their sector, or support staff aiming to step into a training or teaching role.

What will the Skills Bootcamp cover?

On this Skills Bootcamp, you'll learn more about the roles and responsibilities involved in the education and training, as well as the assessment methods and feedback techniques that will form part the teaching process. Part of the Skills Bootcamp will include guidance on inclusive teaching and learning approaches. You'll also find out how to plan structured and engaging sessions, including planning, delivering and evaluating your own micro-teaching session.

How long will the course last?

Up to 7 weeks (7.5 hours per session).
