T Levels are new two-year Level 3 qualifications for students aged 16 to 19, developed in collaboration with employers. They are equivalent to three A Levels and focus on providing students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to succeed in various industries. Each T Level includes a mandatory, unpaid, industry placement lasting a minimum of 315 hours (approximately 45 days) to ensure students gain real-world experience.
