Who is the Skills Bootcamp for?

The skills bootcamp is designed to provide participants with the required knowledge and skills to begin a successful career in Manufacturing. Candidates will be prepared thoroughly for a guaranteed interview at the end of the course.

What will the Skills Bootcamp cover?

During the Skills Bootcamp, you will gain on-the-job vocational skills including:

  • DMAIC methodology
  • Understanding variations key to managing chaos
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Value stream mapping
  • Visual management
  • Using A3 reporting for rapid improvements
  • Facilitation of live improvement project 

How long is the course?

The Skills Bootcamp will be delivered over 2 weeks (60 hours).
