Education Partnership North East (EPNE) which brings together an active partnership between Sunderland College, Hartlepool Sixth Form and Northumberland College achieves the prestigious STEM Assured accreditation by the UK STEM Foundation.

The STEM Assured framework has verified and independently validated EPNE’s progress in the provision of science, technology, engineering and mathematics education and training. The Partnership’s STEM provision and capability was benchmarked by a panel of experts drawn from industry and education in six key category areas including Strategy and Planning, Collaboration and Consultation, Innovation, Design, Delivery and Impact.
