About the programme

The Workforce Recruitment Skills Enhancement Programme is designed to support employers to meet the peaks and varying demands of recruitment and to get the most from potential candidates.  

Typically a two week intensive programme, candidates undertake training which is specifically aligned and modelled to the roles to be filled.  Communication Skills and Essential Digital Skills may make up a programme for one employer, whereas Lean Principles and Logistics may apply to another.
