Who is the Skills Bootcamp for?

This Train to Teach Bootcamp is designed for individuals looking to transition into a rewarding career in education and seeking your first formal qualification, this programme will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to become an effective trainer. You'll learn classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment strategies, preparing you to inspire and lead the next generation of learners.

What will the Skills Bootcamp cover?

Our comprehensive program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of education. From classroom management strategies to innovative teaching methods, we’ve got you covered. Upon completion of the pathway all participants will gain their L3 Award in Education and Training and their L3 Award in Assessing Vocational Related Achievement. 

How long is the course?

Typically one day, (6hrs), per week for 10 weeks, (total of 60 hrs).
